The weather has been CRAPTASTIC on my days off for the last, I dunno, year or so? I caught a break for once and headed to Atlantic City to do a photo walk. When I bought my D7k, it came with an 18-105mm kit lens which I hate. I decided to take it for a semi-serious test drive to see exactly WHY I hate it. It’s not as bad as I thought but it’s hard to compete with my 2 favorite lenses (my 35mm 1.8 and my Nifty Fifty 1.8). I gave it a fair shake though. I’m seriously considering taking it for another walk to see if more usage will change my mind.
